Getting Started

Creating your ShipWave account

Sign up in under a minute and start comparing shipping rates immediately.

How to sign up

Visit shipwave.app/signup and enter your email address and a password. You can also sign up with your Google account for one-click access. No credit card is required to create an account.

Setting up your first warehouse

After signing in, go to Admin → Warehouses and add your ship-from address. This is the origin address that will appear on your shipping labels. You can add multiple warehouses if you ship from more than one location. Each warehouse needs a name, full street address, city, state, and ZIP code.

Adding a payment method

Go to Admin → Settings → Billing to request virtual bank-transfer instructions after ShipWave approves the business account. Fund the organization shipping balance by initiating an ACH or wire from your own bank. ShipWave never pulls funds automatically, and pending transfers cannot buy labels until the bank transaction is posted and matched.

Saving package presets

If you frequently ship the same box sizes, go to Admin → Package Presets to save them. Enter a name, length, width, height, and default weight. When creating a label, you can select a preset to auto-fill the dimensions instead of typing them each time.
