Managing your account

Update your profile, password, warehouse addresses, and team settings.

Account settings

Go to Admin → Settings to manage your account. Here you can update your name, email, company name, and password. You can also manage your connected payment methods and view your billing history.

Warehouse management

Go to Admin → Warehouses to add, edit, or remove ship-from locations. Each warehouse needs a name, full address (street, city, state, ZIP), and phone number. If you have multiple warehouses, you can set one as the default. When creating a shipment, you select which warehouse to ship from.

Package presets

Go to Admin → Package Presets to manage saved package dimensions. Each preset stores a name, length, width, height, and default weight. Use presets when creating labels to save time. Common presets include: small flat rate box, medium box, large box, poly mailer, etc.

Automation rules

Go to Admin → Automation Rules to create rules that automate your shipping workflow. Rules consist of conditions and actions. Conditions: order status, customer location (state/country), order total, shipping method, product tags. Actions: auto-create label, add to batch, assign specific carrier, apply insurance, send notification email. Rules are evaluated for every new order and can significantly reduce manual work for high-volume shippers.

FAQs

Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to Admin → Settings and update your email. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link. If you're already logged in, you can change your password in Admin → Settings.
Can I have multiple users on one account?
Multi-user team accounts are planned for a future release. Currently, one account has one login. You can share login credentials if needed, but we recommend waiting for the team feature for proper access control.
