Bulk listing operations
Create, update, and manage listings in bulk for efficient catalog management.
Bulk listing creation
- Go to Admin → Marketplace → Listings
- Click Bulk Create
- Select the target channel
- Choose products to list:
- All products: List your entire Shopify catalog
- By product type: List all products of a specific type
- By vendor: List all products from a vendor
- By tag: List products with a specific tag
- Manual selection: Check individual products
- Choose whether to list all variants or only specific ones
- Click Create Listings
Bulk push
- Go to the channel's Listings page
- Filter by status (e.g., "Draft")
- Select listings using checkboxes (or "Select All")
- Click Push Selected
Bulk status update
- Select listings using checkboxes
- Click Bulk Actions → Update Status
- Choose the new status (e.g., "Inactive")
Bulk category assignment
- Select listings with the same product type
- Click Bulk Actions → Set Category
- Search and select the marketplace category
- The category is applied to all selected listings
Bulk template application
- Select listings
- Click Bulk Actions → Apply Template
- Select the template to apply
Import/export listings
- Click Export to download current listings
- Edit the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets
- Update titles, descriptions, prices, categories, etc.
- Click Import and upload the modified CSV
