Connecting TikTok Shop
Connect your TikTok Shop to sell products directly through TikTok.
Requirements
- TikTok Shop seller account – Apply at seller.tiktok.com if you haven't already
- Approved shop – Your shop must be approved and active
- US, UK, or Southeast Asia market – TikTok Shop is currently available in select markets
Step-by-step connection
- Go to Admin → Marketplace → Channels and click New Channel
- Select TikTok Shop as the platform
- Choose which Shopify store to use as the product source
- Name your channel (e.g., "TikTok Shop US")
- Click Create Channel, then Connect
- You'll be redirected to TikTok's seller authorization page
- Sign in with your TikTok seller credentials
- Select which shop to connect (if you have multiple)
- Review and accept the permissions
- Click Authorize
- You'll be redirected back to ShipWave with the channel now connected

- Product images – High-quality images required (square format recommended)
- Video – Product videos are optional but highly recommended for engagement
- Category – Products must be assigned to a TikTok category
- Description – Clear product description required
- Size chart – Required for apparel and footwear
