- Yes. The audit is free and the report is yours to keep. We only earn anything if you choose to use ShipWave to recover and prevent the leaks we find — there is no fee for the audit itself.
- What do you need from me?
- A recent carrier invoice (UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL) and ideally a month of order/shipment data, or a Shopify store connection. The more complete the data, the more precise the recoverable number.
- How long does it take?
- Sending us your data takes about five minutes. We typically return the audit within a few business days, depending on volume.
- Will you share or sell my data?
- No. Your invoice and order data are used only to produce your audit. We never sell or share it. You can read our privacy policy for the details.
