Carrier adjustments
If a carrier re-weighs or re-measures a package after delivery and bills more than the quoted rate, the difference is passed through to you. We email you whenever this happens, with the carrier’s stated reason.
Module subscriptions
Optional add-on modules (Returns, Marketplace Connector, Wholesale B2B, Hazmat) bill monthly at the prices listed above. Enable or cancel any module at any time — no contracts.
Recovery success fee
The Recovery & Audit Suite keeps 25% of funds it actually recovers for you (claims, refunds, disputed overcharges). No recovery, no fee — there is no monthly charge.
