Free 4×6 shipping label template

Make a clean 4×6 address label in your browser: From and Ship To addresses, an optional reference barcode, box numbering and handling marks such as Fragile or This side up. Print it on a thermal label printer or two to a page on Letter paper.

This label has no postage or tracking.

USPS, UPS and FedEx need a label they issued, with postage and a tracking barcode. Every label printed here says “ADDRESS LABEL ONLY · NO POSTAGE PAID” across the top. Use it for hand deliveries, couriers, freight pallets, moves and internal shipments, or buy a discounted carrier label.

Shipping label template FAQ

Can I mail a package with this label?
Not by itself. USPS, UPS and FedEx only accept packages with a label they issued, which carries the postage and a tracking barcode. Every label from this template says “Address label only · No postage paid” across the top. It is for packages you deliver yourself, couriers, freight pallets, moves and internal shipments. For carrier shipping, buy a label in the ShipWave shipping calculator.
How do I print a 4×6 label on a thermal printer?
Download the 4" × 6" PDF and print it with the paper size set to 4 × 6 in (or 100 × 150 mm) and scaling at 100%. Rollo, Zebra, MUNBYN and similar printers all print 4 × 6 PDFs this way.
Can I print it on regular paper?
Yes. Choose Letter paper to get two 4 × 6 labels per page with a border to cut along. Tape the label on with clear packing tape, keeping the tape off any barcode.
How do I label a shipment with several boxes?
Enter the number of boxes. You get one label per box, numbered “1 of 3”, “2 of 3” and so on, so the receiver can check that everything arrived.
What is the blank fillable PDF for?
It is the same 4 × 6 layout with fillable form fields and check boxes. Fill it in with any PDF reader, or print it and write the addresses by hand.
Is anything I type saved?
No. The label is built in your browser. If you choose to remember the From address, it stays only in this browser’s storage.
