Set up scheduled fulfillment for Shopify orders

Give future-dated orders a clear fulfillment workflow, from the store connection to the first scheduled order.

  1. 1. Install through Shopify

    Install ShipWave from the Shopify App Store and open your connected store.

  2. 2. Review your store and orders

    Check the store connection and imported orders. Identify an order with a real future fulfillment date before enabling a schedule.

  3. 3. Configure your scheduling rules

    In Stores, open your store’s scheduled fulfillment settings. Review the date source, timezone and release behavior, then save the settings that match your operation.

  4. 4. Verify the first scheduled order

    Check the Scheduled tab in Orders and confirm the intended date and hold. Review the order again when it becomes due. For bulky shipments, use the freight quote workflow and review the delivery details before booking.
