6 Best Ordoro Alternatives in 2026
Where Ordoro is hard to beat, and the six platforms worth evaluating when it is not the right fit — starting with our own, disclosed up front.
Read This First: We Make One of These
ShipWave is on this list, and we built ShipWave. You should read the rest of this page knowing that.
What we offer instead of pretending otherwise is accuracy. Ordoro is a good product with real depth ShipWave does not have, and we say so plainly below. Several alternatives here beat us on things we do not do. Where we could not verify a competitor's current pricing, we say so rather than inventing a number.
The honest summary: most people looking for an Ordoro alternative are in one of three situations. Either Ordoro's inventory or dropshipping tiers cost more than the problem is worth. Or you need inventory depth Ordoro genuinely has and are shopping for a different flavour of it. Or you only ever wanted labels and channel sync, and the bundling stopped making sense.
Those three point at completely different products, which is how this page is organised. A single ranked list would be dishonest — the best alternative depends entirely on which of the three you are.
What Ordoro Actually Does Well
Skipping this section would make the rest of the page useless. If any of the following is why you use Ordoro, most alternatives here will be a downgrade.
- Purchase orders and vendor receipts — issue POs, track receipts against them, feed forecasting reports.
- Bills of materials and manufacturing orders — model finished goods assembled from components and decrement correctly when a build runs.
- Dropship routing with vendor portals — split an order across suppliers and route each line automatically.
- Kitting, allocation, warehouse transfers, stocktakes — formal inventory operations, not approximations.
- Support reputation — Ordoro reviews consistently praise onboarding and responsiveness, which is not a small thing in this category.
- Cart-agnostic — Ordoro does not require any one storefront to be your source of truth.
The common reason people leave anyway is the price shape: three separate app subscriptions, metered by order volume, adds up quickly for a merchant who only needed two of the three.
1. ShipWave — Free Shipping Core, Modules On Top
Best for: Shopify merchants who want unlimited labels at no monthly cost, marketplace listing sync, and returns — without paying for an inventory planning suite they will not use.
Pricing: Shipping core free forever — unlimited labels, no monthly fee, no volume minimum. Modules each carry a 14-day trial: Channels (first channel free, then $19/mo each or $59/mo for all), Returns Automation $29/mo, Wholesale B2B $39/mo, Hazmat $19/mo, Freight and LTL free, Recovery and Audit Suite at 25% of recovered funds with no monthly fee.
What it does well: Discounted USPS Commercial Plus, UPS, FedEx, and DHL plus six regional carriers (OnTrac, LaserShip, Veho, LSO, Spee-Dee, GLS). Marketplace listings for Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop and six EU marketplaces, with real-time webhook inventory sync and per-channel buffers and floors. A branded self-serve returns portal with USPS Label Broker QR codes. Zonos-powered guaranteed landed cost with real DDP commitment at checkout.
Where it loses to Ordoro: Shopify must be your source of truth. No purchase orders, BOMs, or manufacturing orders. No supplier dropship routing. No Target Plus, Temu, Google Shopping, or resale channels. You ship on ShipWave's carrier accounts rather than your own. And we are the newer entrant with a much smaller review base than anything else on this list.
2 and 3. ShipStation and Veeqo — The Shipping-First Alternatives
If Ordoro's inventory tiers are the expense you are trying to remove and labels are what you actually need, these two are the obvious moves.
ShipStation is the category default and has been for years: an enormous integration catalogue, the most mature batch and automation-rule engine in the space, and a very deep public review base. Current pricing runs from about $14.99/mo at the entry tier to $349.99/mo at the top, scaling with volume. What ShipStation is not is an inventory system — if you leave Ordoro for ShipStation you are choosing to let your cart own inventory.
Veeqo is Amazon-owned and free, including unlimited orders and users, earning revenue on label purchases rather than subscriptions. It carries real multichannel inventory sync and picking, which makes it a closer functional match to Ordoro than ShipStation is. The tradeoffs are the usual ones for a free Amazon product: less control over the roadmap, and a workflow that assumes Amazon is central to your business.
4 and 5. Extensiv and Linnworks — When You Need More Than Ordoro
Some people leave Ordoro upward, not sideways. If you have outgrown order-volume metering or need 3PL-grade orchestration, these are the two names that come up.
Extensiv Order Management (formerly Skubana) is a mid-market and enterprise order and inventory orchestration platform, part of a family that also includes warehouse management and a 3PL network. It handles multi-node inventory, POs, and demand forecasting at a scale Ordoro is not aimed at. Pricing is quote-based with no public number; expect a meaningfully higher commitment plus an implementation period. Strong fit if you run or work with 3PLs.
Linnworks is the other heavyweight, historically strongest in the UK and Europe, covering listings, orders, inventory, and warehouse management in one platform. Pricing is also quote-based and typically annual.
The honest caution on both: these are implementations, not signups. Budget for onboarding time and expect a sales cycle. If your reason for leaving Ordoro was cost, neither solves that — they solve scale.
6. Sellbrite — The Cheap Multichannel Option
Best for: merchants whose Ordoro use is really just marketplace listing and inventory sync, on modest order volume.
Sellbrite is GoDaddy-owned and prices by monthly marketplace order volume rather than by feature: free at roughly 30 orders per month, then about $19, $59, and $99 for 100, 500, and 2,000 orders. Every plan includes unlimited channels, SKUs, and users, which is a genuinely friendly structure — you are not gated out of a channel by your plan.
Where it falls short: the channel list is Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Google — no TikTok Shop, which is a real omission in 2026. Its public rating sits around 3.9/5 on roughly 110 reviews, noticeably below the leaders here, and free-tier sync runs about every two hours. It has no inventory planning depth, so it replaces the channel half of Ordoro and none of the operations half.
Versus ShipWave Channels: Sellbrite prices on order volume, ShipWave on channel count. At high order volume on few channels ShipWave is cheaper; at low volume on many channels Sellbrite can be. See the full comparison.
How to Choose in Under Ten Minutes
Answer these in order and stop at the first yes.
- Do you need vendor POs, BOMs, manufacturing orders, or supplier dropship routing? Stay on Ordoro, or move up to Extensiv or Linnworks if you have outgrown it. Nothing else here replaces that.
- Is Shopify your single source of truth, and is your Ordoro bill mostly labels and channels? ShipWave. The shipping core is free and you buy only the modules you use.
- Do you need free multichannel inventory sync and are comfortable in Amazon's ecosystem? Veeqo.
- Do you want the most mature shipping automation with the biggest integration catalogue, with inventory living elsewhere? ShipStation.
- Is this purely about listing on a few marketplaces at low volume? Sellbrite, if you can live without TikTok Shop.
One practical note whichever way you go: never run two apps syncing inventory to the same marketplace at once. Overlap for even a day produces overselling that takes longer to clean up than the migration itself. Cut over one channel at a time.
