Orders & Batches
Managing orders
View, filter, and fulfill orders from Shopify and marketplace channels.
The orders dashboard
Go to Admin → Orders to see all your pending orders. Orders are imported automatically from connected Shopify stores and marketplace channels. Each order shows the order number, customer name, items, shipping address, and status. Use the filters at the top to narrow by store, status, date range, or search for a specific order.
Order statuses
Pending: Order received but no label created yet. Processing: Label purchased, awaiting shipment. Shipped: Package scanned by carrier and in transit. Delivered: Package delivered to recipient. Cancelled: Order was cancelled before shipping.
Quick Ship
For fast fulfillment, use the Quick Ship button on any order. This pre-fills the shipping form with the order's destination address and item weight. Select a package preset (or enter dimensions manually), choose a carrier rate, and purchase the label. The tracking number is automatically synced back to the source store.
Marketplace orders
Orders from Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and TikTok Shop appear in Admin → Marketplace → Orders as well as in the main orders queue. When you ship a marketplace order, ShipWave pushes the tracking number back to the originating marketplace, which triggers the marketplace's shipment confirmation to the customer.
FAQs
How quickly do new orders appear in ShipWave?
Shopify orders appear in real time via webhooks (usually within seconds). Marketplace orders are imported every 15 minutes via the cron job, or you can trigger a manual sync for immediate import.
Can I edit an order in ShipWave?
Order details (items, quantities) should be edited in the source store (Shopify or the marketplace). ShipWave imports order data but does not modify it on the source. You can, however, change the shipping address or package details when creating a label.
What happens if I ship from ShipWave but also fulfill in Shopify?
ShipWave marks the order as fulfilled in Shopify automatically when you create a label. If you fulfill the order directly in Shopify instead, the status will update in ShipWave during the next sync.
