Scheduling a carrier pickup

Have USPS, UPS, or FedEx pick up packages from your location.

How to schedule a pickup

After creating a shipping label, you can schedule a carrier pickup from your warehouse. Go to Admin → Shipments and click Schedule Pickup. Select the carrier, pickup date, earliest and latest pickup times, and the number of packages. The carrier will come to your address to collect the packages.

Pickup availability by carrier

USPS: Free daily pickup for packages with USPS labels. Schedule online through ShipWave or at usps.com. USPS picks up from your mailbox or door. UPS: Pickup fees vary ($5–$8 per pickup, or included with daily pickup accounts). Can be scheduled for same-day or next-day. FedEx: Similar to UPS with per-pickup fees. Regular scheduled pickup accounts have no per-pickup charge. DHL: Pickup is included for Express shipments in most areas.

Tips for smooth pickups

Have all packages labeled and ready before the pickup window. Leave packages in an accessible location (lobby, front porch, loading dock). Include the pickup confirmation number if the driver needs to verify. If you ship daily, consider setting up a recurring pickup schedule with UPS or FedEx to save on per-pickup fees.
