How ShipWave pricing works

ShipWave separates the software from the postage.

1. The shipping software is free. Unlimited labels, unlimited warehouses, unlimited connected stores, no monthly fee, no volume minimum, and no label cap. Rate comparison, batch shipping, automation rules, multi-warehouse routing, branded tracking, and the API are included for every account.

2. Postage is paid per label. You pay for each label you purchase at ShipWave's discounted rates (up to 54% off retail), and the price is shown before you buy. If a carrier later re-weighs or re-measures a package and bills more than the quoted rate, the difference is passed through to you with an email explaining the carrier's stated reason.

3. Your own carrier accounts connect at no cost. If you hold negotiated rates with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS, you can connect that account and ship on your own contract. Connecting a carrier account is not a paid upgrade; email support@shipwave.app with the carrier and account you want linked.

Everything beyond shipping is a module you switch on individually and pay for only while it is enabled:

• Freight & LTL — included free; you pay the quoted rate for each freight shipment you book

Paid modules include a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel any module at any time from Settings → Modules. Module fees are the only subscription charges in ShipWave; the shipping software itself never carries one.

Fraud Suite is the one module priced by volume rather than a flat fee: Free (100 decisions/mo), Starter $12 (1,000), Growth $29 (5,000), Scale $149 (25,000), and Enterprise (custom). These plans gate fraud decisions and fraud features only. They never limit your labels, warehouses, stores, or marketplace channels; marketplace channels are governed by the ShipWave Channels module, not by a Fraud Suite tier.

Manage modules and Fraud Suite plans at Admin → Settings → Billing. The "Manage subscription" button opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can change plans, update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel. Plan changes prorate automatically. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; upgrades happen immediately.

Labels are unlimited on every account. There is no monthly allowance, no cap, no overage rate, and nothing to reset or roll over. Each label is simply charged at its displayed postage price when you buy it, and the Billing page shows your label count for the current period for information only. The only volume-based allowance in ShipWave is Fraud Suite decisions.
